As such, the time for completion varies from 18 mos to 3 yrs; it is well worth the wait. For those who want to come with a work permit, it takes conceivably less time, but it is more difficult to obtain such visas. Additionally, there are limited number of people who can obtain such permits; they can only be used for a limited number of years and need to be renewed thereafter; and they require for you to be sponsored by your employer which limit their availability.

What we ask of you is to pass the required preliminary examinations to qualify for visa screening. Other information regarding initial requirements depend on your profession. Please fill out the online questionnaire so we can evaluate your individual case.

We will refer you to a reputable agency who will help you process your papers and meet all other requirements. There will be a point where you will commit yourself to APSE. Then we will schedule a face to face interview. At this point, provided you have your visa card and are ready to make the move, we will pick up all associated costs including travel expenses to bring you to the United States.

Upon arrival in the United States, we will place you in the state previously agreed upon. Again, the extent of benefits and covered expenses will depend on the job you are applying for. These benefits can be provided by either APSE or your new employer. Other vital information and assistance shall be available in the event that it is needed.
