SurgeryConcerns.com is an internet-based online information and communication service serving consumers seeking health information.  The information provided in this site is for the purpose of educating customers on the health topic of their choice and is not intended to be instructional for medical diagnosis or treatment.

The parties further agree to waive their right, if any, to a trial by jury. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions thereof, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of the Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
