In Her Words

I feel that communication is the lifeblood of any relationship. Having open and direct communication with clients allows for a better understanding of what their specific needs are. The more that I know about my clients, their goals, lifestyles and functional abilities the better I am able to meet their particular needs.

The internet affects the way that the consumer experiences the medical sciences by providing information to individuals who are interested in learning about their physical bodies and the conditions that affect them. This makes the consumer more aware and can help them ask better questions, and this helps to stimulate better communication between health professionals and the clients. As a consultant for Surgery Concerns my role is to answer questions, teach people about the way that their physical bodies work in relation to physical conditioning and to guide people towards programs and facilities that will benefit them.
